Hi,
I would like to be in on this bulk order I saw the message board looking
to fill a bulk order. I would like 4 patches. Do I fill out the form
with a check or do you do something different when you are in the bulk
order.

Hi Phyllis, To be included in the Bulk patch order print out the form but
send it and your check to Kay Mohmers , 112 Dale Ave, Collinsville IL 62234.
Once I have atleast 50 patches to order I will send it into Town Hall as one
order.
